Coaching is a purposeful conversation.
Coaching helps you get “unstuck”, to untangle the thoughts in your head, to find your path through a forest of choices.
Coaching is a way of finding the answers for yourself – and often discovering what the real questions are.
Coaching encourages you and challenges you.
Coaching helps you make the changes you want to see – in mindset and in behaviour.
Coaching isn’t always easy, but it is always worthwhile.
Coaching doesn’t claim to have all the answers – the aim is to help you to find the right answer for you. It recognises that the answers might be different for each one of us.
A coach listens, asks questions, observes, reflects, facilitates, supports, brings focus.
As a coach I come to our conversation with no pre-conceived judgements, no agenda, just the desire to help you by giving you the space and attention you need, to help you make the changes you want.
“Coaching is the unlocking of a person’s potential to maximise their own performance”
